1. The Shoppes at Marina Bay Sands (Tower Carpark)
This is separate from the main casino/hotel carpark. Rates are slightly lower and it's less crowded. Look for the Tower 1 or Tower 3 entrances.
2. Bayfront Area URA Carparks
Several URA carparks in the Bayfront and Marina area offer rates of $1.20–2.00/30min — a fraction of MBS rates. They're a short walk across the Helix Bridge or through Gardens by the Bay.
3. Marina One / Asia Square
On weekends and evenings, these office-district carparks are nearly empty. Rates drop to $2–3/hr, and they're connected to Marina Bay via underground walkways.
4. Tanjong Pagar HDB Carparks
The HDB blocks around Tanjong Pagar and Cantonment Road charge standard HDB rates — $0.60/30min. It's a 12-minute walk or one MRT stop to Bayfront, but you'll save $20+ per visit.
